2. Project Administrator
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Project work experience
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- CAPM
- MS Project Proficiency
- Experience with web-based project collaboration tools
- Experience working with or in State and local governmental agencies
- Experience working on civil projects (sewer, water, roads, permitting)
3. Finance – Business Manager
The Finance – Business Manager is responsible for understanding and reporting the financial status of the company through maintenance of metrics, reports and employee/program goals.
The Finance – Business manager is responsible for tracking and managing company AR, AP, Bookkeeping, monthly billing and time reports, and management of program profitability reports. Business manager will sign off on cost within all proposals for new business. The business manager will always be looking for ways to cut costs and increase profitability in ways that do not compromise quality of service or workplace.
The Finance – Business Manager will have some level of general administrative duty due to the size of the company. This includes processing and mailing payments to vendors and subs, filing and general business administrative duties.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Accounting preferred)
- Strong Mathematical Accumen
- Customer service/phone skills
- Bookkeeping experience
- Office Manager experience
