BCS Management offers homeowners flexible financing options to make connecting to the local sewer system more affordable. With our expertise and innovative financing solutions, we aim to provide a seamless and budget-friendly connection to a reliable and efficient sewer system, avoiding financial shocks. Submit applications and let BCS do the rest.

Step 1: Complete a connection inquiry. We will get project connection cost estimates, and coordinate with local contractors and suppliers. Apply through our connection inquiry form or call (260) 227-7572 x0 to inquire by phone.

Step 2: Get pre-qualified for financing. We will send you a unique pre-qualification link (or paper form if you prefer) to get you qualified for the agreed upon project amount.

Step 3: Finalize paperwork. Submit a connection permit application to the servicing utility, we will help with this, and sign final contractor and financing documents as provided by our connection coordinator.

Step 4 . You’re connected! Contractors will be coordinated by BCS to complete your sewer connection and decommission your septic. You’re all set with your new sewer service.
