Billing and Gateway Reporting
Alisa is our Regional Sewer District Billing and Financials Specialist. She ensures our current RSD clients financials are in order, processing payments and keeping up with accounts. Alisa has previously worked in the Kokomo School District, transitioning to Taylor Regional Sewer District’s billing specialist, and now ours. Alisa is highly skilled in managing and overseeing billing processes, preparing and processing invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. She is also proficient in using billing software and financial systems, coupled with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
