Madalyn Sade-Bartl serves as a Municipal Management Consultant at BCS. She oversees planning operations, zoning, permitting, and code enforcement, while supporting city boards and commissions with technical reports, meeting coordination, and strategic guidance. Madalyn also manages department budgets, pursues funding opportunities, and promotes economic development. She has experience in Financial Management for municipalities including Utility Billing and Fiscal Reporting. Madalyn is also a certified and successful grant administrator in many state and federal programs.
