Connection Financing Program
Financing your sewer connection is now available! Upfront cost of connection can be spread out in affordable installments.
Submit applications and let BCS do the rest.
Step 1: Complete a connection inquiry. We will get project connection cost estimates, and coordinate with local contractors and suppliers. Apply through our connection inquiry form or call (260) 227-7572 x0 to inquire by phone.
Step 2: Get pre-qualified for financing. We will send you a unique pre-qualification link (or paper form if you prefer) to get you qualified for the agreed upon project amount.
Step 3: Finalize paperwork. Submit a connection permit application to the servicing utility, we will help with this, and sign final contractor and financing documents as provided by our connection coordinator.
Step 4 . You’re connected! Contractors will be coordinated by BCS to complete your sewer connection and decommission your septic. You’re all set with your new sewer service.

What happens if I sell my property before the loan is paid off?
Typically, the remaining balance of the loan would need to be paid off at the time of sale. However, some buyers may be willing to assume the remaining loan.
