Lana Beregszazi

Lana is a big-picture thinker who is eager to pursue opportunities that most would perceive as difficult or risky. Her passion for turning ideas into actions has created a continuous improvement and growth atmosphere that is inherent to the BCS Management work culture. Her dedication to practical, no-nonsense solutions, ethical business practices and putting people first is the basis of the success of the organization.
Lana started BCS Management in 2013 after leaving her position in program management in the international defense industry. Improving the environment and making a difference in the world is the primary driver in her business decisions. In 2020, Lana co-founded Waterfield Utilities, a private utility company focused on public utility acquisitions and renewable resource recovery for organic waste streams.
